摘要

Abstract

In the process of supercritical fluid extraction, the extraction efficiency is influenced by many factors. When studying the effect of several factors on the results, experimental design and optimization method are used to obtain optimal technological condition. In this paper, the basic concept and principle of the orthogonal design, uniform design, Box-Behnken design, central composite design are discussed, and the advantages and limitations of the above four kinds of experimental designs are compared. The application and progress of orthogonal design, uniform design, Box-Behnken and central composite design-response surface optimization method in supercritical fluid extraction are summarized, which is based on extensive literature.
