桃红四物汤联合曲美他嗪对2型糖尿病阴虚血瘀证患者心肌病变及氧化应激的影响
Taohongsiwu decoction combined with Trimetazidine on patients with type 2 diabetic cardiomyopathy of yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and oxidative stress

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Taohongsiwu decoction on cardiomyopathy and oxidative stress pa-rameters(SOD,GSH-Px and MDA)in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus patient with yin deficiency and blood stagnation. Methods The 60 patients with type 2 diabetic cardiomyopathy of kidney-yin deficiency and blood stagna-tion enrolled according to the order of visiting sequence were divided into control group and observed group,each group 30 cases. Both patients of two groups were performed conventional lifestyle intervention including diet control, regular exercise. Patients of control group were treated with Trimetazidine(20 mg,3 / d)combined with other Western medicine conventional therapy. The observation group treated with Taohongsiwu Decoction on the basis of the control group treatment method,one dose daily,decoction 400 mL,2 times/ d. Both two groups were treated with 4 weeks for 1 courses,a total of 5 course of treatment. Clinical curative effects and changes of serum levels of FBG,HbAlc,oxidative stress parameters(SOD,GSH-Px and MDA)before and after treatment were observed and compared. Results Com-parison of curative effect of two groups,clinical effect of observation group was significantly better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 01). After treatment,the levels of FBG and HbAlc in both groups were decreased obviously(P < 0. 05);Compared with the control group,the levels of FBG and HbAlc in ob-servation group decreased more significantly(P < 0. 05). Compared with before treatment,the serum levels of SOD, GSH-Px and MDA in control group had no significantly difference(P > 0. 05);Compared with before treatment,the levels of SOD and GSH-Px increased significantly,the levels of MDA decreased significantly(P < 0. 05);After treat-ment,compared with the control group,the levels of SOD and GSH-Px in observation group increased significantly,the levels of MDA in observation group decreased significantly(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Taohongsiwu decoction com-bined with trimetazidine treatment can significantly improve clinical manifestation and ECG changes in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus patient with kidney-yin deficiency and blood stagnation. In addition to good control of serum glucose levels,the mechanism of Taohongsiwu decoction improve myocardial damage may also be related to the inhibition of oxidative stress reaction.关键词
