自拟方结肠灵汤治疗肝郁气滞型功能性消化不良
Decoction treatment of liver colon type functional dyspepsia
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the Jiechanglingtang combined with the routine therapy on the treatment of liver qi stagnation type of functional dyspepsia. Methods The 120 case of liver qi stagnation type of functional dyspepsia patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with omeprazole and deanxit. The experimental group was treated with Jiechangling decoction com-bined with the routine therapy. The change of clinical symptoms and the depression,the effective rate and the recur-rence rate before and after treatment of two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the effective rate,effi-cient rate and total effective rate of experimental group were significantly higher than the control group(P < 0. 05). The symptom score and HAMD score were decreased in the both group. The symptom score and HAMD score of exper-imental group were significantly lower than the control group(P < 0. 05). The recurrence rate of experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Jiechangling decoction combined with the routine therapy on the treatment of liver qi stagnation type of functional dys-pepsia can improve patients’clinical symptoms and the quality of life.关键词
