消肿止痛中药治疗混合痔术后并发症
Traditional Chinese medicine relieves swelling and pain on postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoid
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the control effect of fumigation and sitz bath of the traditional Chinese medicine that can relieve swelling and pain in the treatment of postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoid. Methods A total of 60 patients with mixed hemorrhoid who were admitted in our hospital from October,2012 to October,2013 for operation were included in the study,and randomized into the study group and the control group with 30 cases in each group after operation. The patients in the control group were given the routine treatment. Based on the routine treat-ment,the patients in the study group were given additional fumigation and sitz bath of the traditional Chinese medicine that can relieve swelling and pain. One - week treatment was regarded as one course. The pain,edema,the change of hemorrhage,and the usage of painkillers before and after treatment in the two groups were compared. Results The comparison of VAS score before operation between the two groups was not statistically significant(P > 0. 05). VAS score on 1 - 5d after operation in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0. 05). The comparison of VAS score on 6,7d after operation between the two groups was not statistically significant (P > 0. 05). The anal swelling and hemorrhage score 7d after operation in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0. 05). The number of patients taking tramadol capsules after operation in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0. 05). The comparison of the number of patients tak-ing dolantin after operation between the two groups was not statistically significant(P > 0. 05). Conclusion The fu-migation and sitz bath of the traditional Chinese medicine that can relieve swelling and pain can effective relieve the postoperative pain,edema,and hemorrhage after mixed hemorrhoid operation,beneficial to the rehabilitation,and is an effective method to reduce the postoperative complications.关键词
