中西药结合治疗产后抑郁症
Combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine in treatment of postpartum depression
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of Wuling capsule in combined with citalopram in the treatment of postpartum depression(PPD)and their safety. Methods A total of 84 patients with PPD who were admitted in our hospital from January,2014 to December,2014 were included in the study and randomized into the observation group and the control group with 42 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were given Wuling capsule in combined with citalopram,while the patients in the control group were only given citalopram. The patients in the two groups were treated for 6 weeks. The clinical efficacy in the two groups was compared. HAMD and TESS were used to evaluate the depression state and adverse reactions,respectively. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0. 05). HAMD scores 2,4,and 6 weeks after treat-ment in the two groups were gradually reduced(P < 0. 05). HAMD scores 2,4,and 6 weeks after treatment in the ob-servation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0. 05). TESS scores at each timing points after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclu-sions Wuling capsule in combined with citalopram in the treatment of PPD can effectively alleviate the depression state with less adverse reactions and accurate efficacy.关键词
