董氏指压法治疗肝旺脾虚型小儿厌食症
Dong’s finger-pressure method treatment in children with hyperactivity of liver and spleen deficiency anorexia
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Dong’s finger-pressure method in children with hyperac-tivity of liver and spleen deficiency anorexia treatment. Methods One hundred children with infantile anorexia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 50 cases in each group. Treatment group was treated by Dong’s finger-pressure method with Jianweixiaoshi oral liquid for 3 weeks. And the control group was only treated with Jianweixiaoshi oral liquid without any additional treatment. The effect of treatment is evaluated by comparing symptoms of anorexia,TCM symptoms of hyperactivity of liver syndrome and the spleen deficiency syndrome before and after treatment in two groups of children. Results The results show that the effect of the treatment group(94. 0% )was better than control group(80. 0% ). The treatment group has a significant advantage in terms of the symptoms of ano-rexia and TCM symptoms of hyperactivity of liver syndrome. However,no advantage is shown in terms of TCM symp-toms of spleen deficiency syndrome. Conclusion Dong’s finger-pressure method treatment of children with hyperac-tivity of liver and spleen deficiency anorexia has a significant advantage than normal treatment. This method is worthy of being recommended and applied in the treatment of children anorexia.关键词
