正交试验法优选新型关节止痛膏基质处方
Optimization of new joint of Guanjie Zhitonggao Patch by orthogonal experiment
摘要
Abstract
Objective To design a kind of melt pressure sensitive adhesive(HMPSA)matrix patch joint pain ointment,to further improve product performance,improve product efficacy. Methods Using L9(34 )orthogonal ex-periment method to index the content of capsaicin,combined with patches of early adhesive power,holding Sticky,peel strength,water vapor permeability,through visual analysis and variance analysis,preferably new joint pain ointment matrix prescription. Results The best HMPSA matrix formulation is SIS1161 60 g,liquid paraffin 40 g,terpene resin 70 g,25 g of zinc oxide. Conclusion The new joint pain ointment performance,good performance and adhesion prop-erties of the drug,sticking comfortable.关键词
