火镝铍针结合回旋灸治疗溃疡性肛裂
Fire spoon needle and fire stiletto needle combined with circling moxibustion for treatment of anabrotic anal fissure
摘要
Abstract
Objective Research and summery clinical experience of the method of fire Spoon needle and fire Sti-letto needle combined with circling moxibustion for treatment of anabrotic anal fissure. Methods We treating 32 cases of anabrotic anal fissure patients continuously,adopting fire spoon needle to acpuncture and burn, after that using the ignitied mugwort stick repeated rotation on the surface of the wound 10 minutes,than using the shengji powder scatter on the pinhole,dressing the wound at length. Results No pain in the anal region and no bleeding when defecating after the treatment(8. 5 ± 1. 6)d. The 29 cases were cured one-time and 2 cases were cured by two times. Conclusion Fire spoon needle and fire stiletto needle combined with circling moxibustion in the process of treating of anabrotic anal fissure achieved good effect,reducing postoperative pain and complications,being suitable for promoting the use of the therapy.关键词
