摘要

Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to develop a process for making shoe last. Based on the reverse engineering, this research includes scanning the surface of shoe last. Based on the scattered structure of point cloud and uniform grid method, the 3D point data is reduced. A method for the NURBS curves fitting based on least-square method is used to create curves. The weight factors are proposed to realize digital customizing the shoe last. It contributes to fit the standard shoe lasts adaptively and the NC machining.
