Fast image enhancement algorithm for wide dynamic range image
摘要
Abstract
This paper presents a fast image enhancement algorithm for wide dynamic range images. According to the con-clusion that an inverted wide dynamic range image is similar to a haze image, the algorithm works by inverting the input image first and then applying an optimized image haze-removal algorithm based on physical model on the inverted image. By improving the transmission estimating method and simplifying the atmosphere light estimating, the algorithm complexity is reduced significantly. Experiments show that the presented method enhances the visual effect of the wide dynamic range image effectively and fast, making it suitable for real-time applications.关键词
