Advance of Endoglucanase Gene Cloning and Expression
摘要
Abstract
Cellulases are consortium of free enzymes which comprise of endoglucanase,exoglucanase and β-glucosidase. Endoglucanase is one of the important components of cellulases,which has impor-tant applications in energy,textile,feed,food and paper industries. The recent advances on cloning and expression of endoglucanase gene in Escherichia coli, yeast and filamentous fungi are summa-rized,which may provide the theoretical basis for the construction of endoglucanase gene engineering strain and application of endoglucanase.关键词
