基于模糊层次分析法的安置房质量缺陷影响因素分析
Housing Quality Defects Influence Factors Analysis Based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process
摘要
Abstract
There is a construction boom with acquisition of land by government and housing demoli-tion and relocation. Most of constructions have issues with jerry-building project and inferior quality. Effect factors of those issues are various and highly complicated. These papers build a model of eval-uation index taken effect factor as a whole by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process ( FAHP) . Two cases, a joint resettlement areas yue pond of xiangtan city and the lotus pond logistics park resettlement are-as,are taken to comparison of index weight. Primary effect factor is determined after weight compari-son. The results show that the model built in this paper is more reasonable,scientific and systematic method for evaluation index.关键词
