针对性心理护理在脑卒中后抑郁患者中的应用价值分析OA
Analysis of the Application Value of the Targeted Psychological Nursing in the Patients With Post Stroke Depression
目的：探讨针对性心理护理在脑卒中后抑郁患者中的应用价值。方法将68例脑卒中后抑郁患者分为观察组和对照组，给予对照组常规护理干预，观察组则在对照组基础上辅以针对性心理护理。对比分析两组患者干预前及干预后12周汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分、日常生活能力（ADL）评分。结果干预前，两组HAMD评分及ADL评分对比，结果无差异，P＞0.05，干预后12周，观察组HAMD评分低于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义，观察组ADL评分高于对照组，P＜…查看全部>>
