Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of targeted psychological nursing in patients with depression after stroke. Methods 68 patients with depression after stroke were divided into observation group and control group, give control group routine nursing intervention, observation group in the control group on the basis of targeted psychological care. Comparison and analysis, two groups of patients before and after the intervention 12 weeks of hamilton depression rating scale (HAMD) scores, ability of daily life (ADL) score. Results Before the intervention, two groups of HAMD scores and ADL score comparison, the results there was no significant difference, P>0.05, HAMD score 12 weeks after the intervention, observation group was obviously lower than the control group, P<0.05, the difference is statistically significant, ADL scores observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, P<0.05, the difference is statistically signiifcant. Conclusion The pertinent psychological nursing in patients with depression after stroke has a good application effect.关键词
