Abstract
Objective To observe the application of 6 S management in the operating room nursing quality management effect. Methods Selected from 16 in the operating room nursing staff, according to the requirement of the 6 S management for all nursing staff line 6 S model management, at the same time, to the operating room environment, the behavior standards, service attitude, such as line of standardized management, were observed before and after application of 6 s management changes in the operating room nursing quality. Results After the implementation of 6 S management of the index score were higher than did not implement 6 S management of the index score, significant difference, the difference was statistically significant, P<0.05. Conclusion The application of 6 S management in the operating room nursing quality management, improve the quality of the operating room nursing, ensure the safety of patients, has the vital signiifcance in nursing work.关键词
