Abstract
Objective To explore the hospital infection with pseudomonas aeruginosa pneumonia in the prognosis of bacterial drug resistance situation and relevant factors, make a full guidance for clinical treatment. Methods Our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015, 135 cases of infection with pseudomonas aeruginosa pneumonia patients. For all patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results According to the study of 135 cases of pseudomonas aeruginosa infection in patients with pneumonia. 45 cases of neurosurgery patients, 37 patients with respiratory medicine, 20 patients with nerve internal medicine, surgical ICU patients with 18 patients with 15 cases and other departments. For pseudomonas aeruginosa in view of the clinical application of common antibacterial drugs have resistance to pseudomonas analysis found that the percentages of the lowest percentages of drugs to cefoperazone/shu tan. Conclusion Hospital neurosurgery patients showed more easily pseudomonas aeruginosa pneumonia, its for showed the lower resistance to cefoperazone, for aztreonam showed higher resistance.关键词
