北京某社区卫生机构防保人员工作现状及需求定性研究
A Qualitative Study on the Working Status and Needs of Preventive Health Care Staff From a Community Health Service Organization in Beijing

Abstract
Objective To understand the working status and needs of preventive health care staffs in beijing community and provide references for improving relevant policies. Methods A focus group interview was conducted in September 2015, which interviewed 13 preventive health care staffs from the same community health service organization. The interview was hold in the conference room for about 2 hours. The data were analyzed by computer. Results The themes included ambiguous job duty, unreasonable allocation of human resources, repeated training, heavy workload, low income, and insuffcient personal protection. Furthermore, the respondents recommended how to resolve the above problems. Conclusion Resolving these problems can promote further the development of the preventive health care in community.关键词
