福州地区无偿献血人群HCV基因型分布研究
The Genotype Distribution of HCV in Blood Donors in Fuzhou
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the genotypes of HCV among blood donors in Fuzhou city of China.Methods Antibodies against HCV and RNA were detected by ELISA and nucleic acid technology(NAT), and the possitive samples were amplified by PCR. The PCR-positive samples were subjected to5′ UTR gene DNA sequencing, and HCV genotypes were determined by phylogenetic analysis.Results92 samples were both reactive by ELISA and NAT screening, and52 of them were amplified successfully by PCR, all of these samples were determined the genotypes by sequencing5’ UTR gene, and the results were6a [(19/52)36.54%],1b [(18/52)34.62%],3a [(6/52)11 .54%],1a [(2/52)3.85%],3b [(2/52)3.85%], others [(5/52)9.60%].Conclusions6a and1b were predominant HCV genotypes in the blood donors in Fuzhou city of China.关键词
