摘要

Abstract

For the critical speed of rotating of liquid ring vacuum pump shaft system,this paper puts forward a effective method to calculate it on the basic of traditional algorithm.The calculation first converts ladder shaft into equivalent diameter shaft through the equivalent diameters and calculate the critical speed of rotating.The impeller equivalent to uniformly distributed load at the same time,the superposition principle is used to calculate the deflection,and the critical speed of rotating under wheel loading(re-gardless of the axle load)can be calculated.Finally using Dunkel lai equation to calculate the critical speed of the rotor system.At the same time,the modal analysis was carried out on the rotating mechanism using ANSYS Workbench software,analysis results show that the calculation result is correct.The calculation way can be a good solution for the critical speed of the rotor system of ladder shaft,especially for the actual situation of long length impeller rotor axial that cannot regard as concentrated load.
