一种多级内啮合航空齿轮泵设计与仿真
Design and Simulation of Aeroengine Multi Internal Gear Pump

Abstract
One shaped fuel channel structure was used to design a series of multi -level internal gear pump.First,the overall structure of the multi -level internal meshing gear pump was designed.Secondly,based on the principle of the pan -form and the parameter equation of the inner rotor of the inner rotor,the parametric modeling of the rotor was accomplished by using the UG 3D modeling software.In the end,the contact stress between the inner and outer rotor was calculated by ANSYS numerical simulation. The results were compared with the theory of Hertz contact.The results showed that the maximum stress results of ANSYS were close to that of the Hertz theory.Because the Hertz theory was using rotation to get maximum stress in different position,the theo-retical value was smaller.The two calculated results were less than that of the alloy steel allowable stress,which indicates that the strength of the pump meets the requirements.关键词
