Abstract
The abnormal vibration of the circulating hydrogen compressor in the operation of a petro-chemical company’s aro-matic isomerization unit was introduced,according to mechanism of rotating machinery malfunction and theory of rotor dynamics, and analyzing the state monitoring data via forward reasoning,the technicians went through all the possible causes of the abnormal vibration,and finally confirmed that the abnormal vibration of the circulating hydrogen compressor was caused by the broken im-peller hub cracking the failure of interference rotation,which forced the impeller into a circumferential movement to the rotation shaft during the load -change period.With the help of data from state monitoring system to precisely analyze the cause of this malfunction,technicians helped avoid a serious accident caused by careless driving.关键词
