河南省加快构建“一带一路”战略支撑点研究
Research of Accelerate the Construction of″One Belt One Road″Strategic Support Point for Henan Province
摘要
Abstract
″One Belt One Road″is an important strategic decision for Chinese government ,facing a new political and economic situation.Henan Province will play nodal point role for its′location and traffic advantages,industry advantages,internation-al trade platform advantages,cultural advantages,in″One Belt One Road″strategy.In order to accelerate the construction of One Belt One Road strategic support point,Henan province should blend three strategy in″One Belt One Road″strategy, such as core area of food production,Central Plains Economic Region and Zhengzhou Airport Comprehensive Economic?. Henan province will build a financial,logistics,trade,energy,cultural exchanges and cooperation platform mechanism.To speed up the construction of Henan province′s support point in″One Belt One Road″strategy.Firstly,we need scientific and orderly planning,and transformation of traditional industries ,traditional agriculture,and traditional services.Secondly,we need to establish a government led coordination agencies,management mechanism innovation,and encourage all kinds of so-cial subject participation.Thirdly,″Internet +″ thinking will be helpful for accelerating the construction of Henan Prov-ince,″One Belt One Road″ strategy support point.关键词
