大连市149名急重症监护病房护士ICU谵妄的知信行调查分析
Knowledge, Attitude and Practice of ICU Delirium among149 EICU Nurses

Abstract
Objective To learn the knowledge, attitude and behavior (KAP) of ICU delirium of EICU nurses and to provide the guidance to enhance their knowledge of ICU delirium and improve their nursing skill. Methods A total of 149 EICU nurses from five third-level first-class hospitals in Dalian were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire on KAP of ICU delirium. Results The score of EICU nurses’ knowledge, attitude and behavior was 21.26±5.34, 18.65±5.71 and 10.86±3.40 respectively, which indicated nurses’ a low level of KAP. The score of nurses’ knowledge was significantly different among nurses with different age and work experiences (P<0.05) and the score of nurses’ attitude was significantly different among nurses with different age (P<0.05). The knowledge of EICU nurses was significantly negatively correlated with the attitude(r=-0.19, P=0.02), but the attitude and behavior of nurses were significantly positively correlated ( r=0.64, P=0.00). Conclusion EICU nurses have inadequate knowledge of ICU delirium, but their attitude of the cognition of ICU delirium is not positive enough, meanwhile their assessment and nursing behavior of ICU delirium patients are deficient. It is necessary to strengthen the education on ICU delirium for EICU nurses to reduce the occurrence of ICU delirium.关键词
