生本教育视野下翻转教学对本科实习护生临床实践行为的影响
Influence of Student-based Flipped Teaching on Clinical Practical Performance of Nursing Undergraduates

Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of student-based flipped teaching on clinical practical performance of nursing undergraduates. Methods Eighty-five nursing undergraduates were randomly divided into control group with 42 cases and observation group with 43 cases. Nursing undergraduates in control group conducted conventional practice but those in observation group received student-based flipped teaching. Students ’ clinical practical performances in both groups were observed two weeks later. Results Students in observation group performed better in terms of theoretical knowledge, professional role and role development, self-oriented learned behavior, communication, clinical skill and the use of nursing process and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) but no difference was found in terms of describing rights and responsibilities of patients (P>0.05). Conclusion Student-based flipped teaching benefits the improvement of clinical practical performance of nursing undergraduates and can be applied in clinical teaching.关键词
