基于PLC监测系统和远程控制的玉米播种机设计
Design for Maize Seeding Machine Based on PLC Monitoring System and Remote Control
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the automation level and planting accuracy of maize seeding machine,it designs a model based on PLC monitoring system of remote control corn seeder with the corn planter ditching mechanical device and see-ding machinery device.Combined with PLC,it realizes the real-time monitoring and control of the sowing depth, accura-cy and planter in the travel direction based on monitoring and control technology .In order to achieve plant deep and mete-ring accuracy of automatic control it uses PLC on furrow opener and wheel for real-time monitoring, and the four connect-ing rod structure and a DC drive motor to control the seed discharging wheel speed prediction by using gray prediction model,which can effectively improve sowing depth and sowing precision control of the automation level.Finally, the per-formance of the seeding machine is tested.The remote control and monitoring system can be used to monitor the speed of the wheel, the speed of sowing machine and the direction of running.关键词
