摘要

Abstract

For the high degree of resource waste and low level of mechanization processing after harvest of cassava straw, a kind of chopped combined-type cassava stalk crushing machine was designed.The machine is mainly composed of in-termittent transmission device, cutting device, and crushing device.Using the serrated disc cutter which having a good cutting section and high work efficiency to be a cutting tool.Choose a hydraulic cylinder as actuator of the cutting tool to realize the cutting cycle operation of cassava stalk.The cassava straw conveying device adopted incomplete gear intermit-tent mechanism and through belt transmission to realize the intermittent transportation.Crushing tool adopted carbon tool steel T12 which has high hardness and wear resistance.Y type knives can alleviate the stress concentration around the corner and the oblique way is more efficient.Cutting tool arrangement divided the stress to improve machine balance and reduce vibration.
