摘要

Abstract

Garlic kind of body after the grave upright degree control technology is one of the key factors affecting the quality of garlic seeder seeding technology.According to the principle of hanging blue transplanting machine, design a kind of eccentric garlic erect plant, and puts forward a kind of reverse design fan open methods.Prototype test showed that the plant speed 0.2 m/s, disc radius of plant 165mm, plant planting distance 130 mm, erect plant rate over 98%, meet the requirements of mechanization planting garlic, fan-shaped opener in accordance with the design;Deficiencies in the whole mechanical structure size aspects still need further optimization design.The study offer reference to the garlic of upright plant design.
