摘要

Abstract

The reduction in dry product quality and drying rate were easy to be controlled by the temperature and humidi-ty of the dryer.Two kinds of temperature and humidity automatic control system based on single chip microcomputer con-trol and PLC were designed.Single chip microcomputer or PLC could realize the automatic control of the heating ele-ment, the humidifying device and the blower device to meet the requirements of the material drying.These could realize the real-time control and the intelligent control of the temperature and humidity, and having the characteristics of work reliability, response sensitivity and the debugging test results being better.Meanwhile, it also provided the technical ref-erence for reducing the "thermal inertia"phenomenon in the process of temperature control.
