行间深松机的深松铲设计及有限元分析
Design and Finite Element Analysis of the Shovel for Inter-row Deep Loosening Machine
摘要
Abstract
A Deep loosening tillage is a new kind of method for soil cultivation , it can break the plow layer , deepen the plow layer and improve the structure of the top layer , in addition , it has the ability of increasing soil water storage and keeping moisture , drought resistance water-logging .In view of the problem that the northeast region job perennial shal-low topsoil , soil compaction has been getting worse in Northeast ridge zone in China , a new type of inter-row deep loose-ning machine is designed .Three-dimensional modeling of the shovel was established by using Solidworks software .AN-SYS workbench was used to analysis the finite element analysis of the shovel , including static analysis , modal analysis and equivalent stress and total deformation analysis .The analysis results showed that the stress of the deep loosening shovel mainly concentrated in the location of the shovel handle connected to the frame ,and the maximum stress is 38 .723 MPa.The modal analysis showed that the vibration frequency interval was large and the resonance will not occur .This study provides a reference for the design of deep loosening shovel .关键词
