The Design of Drying Grain Collecting Car
摘要
Abstract
The mechanical properties of existing Shaichang income valley were analyzed and compared , from Guangxi proposed reality , in the prior bleachery income valley machinery based on the use of the principle of suction vacuum cleaner , designed a drying grain collected car .First introduced dry cereal collection trolley overall structure and operating principle , design of key components , and finally the use of simulation software ANSYS three-dimensional model of the corresponding components simulation analysis , validate the drying grain collected car stress distribution and deformation are in the range of standards inside , to further determine the reliability of the design .The results show that the simple grain drying collect the car structure , easy operation , reducing the burden of the collection of grain drying yard bagging work, to meet the requirements of the ground work .关键词
