甘蔗收割机物流堵塞影响因素的试验研究
Experiment Study on Sugarcane Harvester Logistics
摘要
Abstract
As to uncover the cause and the influence factors of the Sugarcane harvester logistics clogging , orthogonal ex-periment of the sugarcane logistics is carried out on self-made small type sugarcane harvester .This experiment takes ro lling speed of the cutting disc , materials on the uplift device surface , rolling speed of the feeding rollers and their bru-shes shades as factors , the going-through time of the cutting system of the sugarcane as the index .The result shows that rolling speed of the cutting disc , materials on the uplift device surface , brushes shades of the feeding rollers have magnificent influence on the going-through time of the cutting system of sugarcane .Increase the friction coefficient of the materials on the uplift device surface can shorten the going-through time , so does improving the rolling speed of the cut-ter disc and modifying the brushes shade of the feeding rollers .关键词
