摘要

Abstract

in China , most of the mulberry planting in mountainous areas are picking operating environment is complex , high labor intensity and cost of human high , so we must to shedding characteristics of mulberry of certain experimental study and explore picking mulberry vibration suitable parameters , in order to realize the mechanization of mulberry har-vest to provide guidance , so as to promote the healthy development of the mulberry industry .This paper through high speed camera equipment , the Tung Wah Group of dynamic testing system of mulberry of vibration abscission research , to explore the mulberry vibration harvesting optimum vibration parameters .The experimental results show that:the mulberry in amplitude is 18mm, speed 1700r/min and main vibration frequency to 28Hz fruit to get the best picking rate and fruit tree without damage , no fruit drop; large amplitude will cause violent vibration of the fruit tree trunks , and fruits with ripe fruit fall together;too large vibration frequency of tree damage , vibration device and the tree body contact parts of the apparent injury;small frequency or amplitude obtained harvest rate is low .
