摘要

Abstract

AS an important kind of feeding processing machinery ,9 R-40 hammer and breaking machine feed processing machinery and is widely used in animal feed production .Main shift is one of the key parts of hammer and breaking ma-chine ,have strong requirements in terms of stiffness and strength .First of all , use Pro/E 3 d modeling , the finite element software ANSYS Workbench statics and modal analysis was carried out on the spindle .Through static analysis , obtained the normal work of the main shaft when the equivalent strain and equivalent stress , visually shows the dangerous section of rubbing mill spindle concentrated near the keyway and bearing neck , get the spindle the conclusion of the maximum stress is far less than the allowable stress .Through the modal analysis , get the normal work of the main shaft critical speed , determine the critical speed is far greater than axial speed during normal work , so does not cause resonance , comply with the design requirements .Rubbing mill spindle by ANSYS Workbench to finite element analysis , improve the analysis precision and improve the efficiency of the analysis , and provide theoretical basis for the spindle structure im-proved design .
