摘要

Abstract

Since the air suction seeding machine often appears leakage sowing and replay phenomenon , it proposed a new gas suction type quality monitoring system of no tillage seeder based on ZigBee technology .And the drill core components of the metering device on the line structure with optimization design , it has done manufacturing the prototype experiment . The quality monitoring system combined with infrared sensor and eddy current displacement sensor to collect the data of the leakage and replay , realized the automatic control and remote alarm function of the shaking table based on STC 89 C51 microcontroller and ZigBee wireless module as the main components .And it realized the real-time display of LCD12864 liquid crystal .Through a lot of testing of the seeding machine , the quality of the different seeding rate is obtained .From the test results ,it can be seen that the monitoring system can successfully monitor the leakage rate and replay rate .
