Design and Simulation of Cam-six-bar Guiding Seedling Mechanism
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the working quality of transplanter with chute and simplify the structure of core parts , the cam-six-bar guiding seedling mechanism was put forward and optimized by AHP-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Meth-od .The key structure and motion parameters of guiding seedling mechanism was determined on the basis of agronomic re -quirements of transplanter with chute and the rule of timing design of guiding seedling mechanism .When plant spacing was δ=225 mm and working efficiency was ξ=80 plants/( minutes · line ) , The key structure and motion parameters of guiding seedling mechanism was ωc=8.38rad/s,υm=0.30m/s,φc0∈(-15°,72°),φg0=350°,l1=24mm,l2=60mm,l3∈(285,295)mm,l4=180mm,l5=105mm,l6=45mm,l7=355mm,l9=290mm.Under the design parameters of cam-six-bar guiding seedling mechanism , the virtual prototype analysis of it was carried out , and the results showed that the seedling could keep upright posture when the seedling thrown into the bottom of opener .The results verified the correctness of the structural analysis and design .关键词
