基于机收的棉花覆膜播种机设计及试验
Design and Experiment of Membrance Planter for Cotton Based on Mechanical Harvesting
摘要
Abstract
The main structure and working principle of 2 BMJ-4 type cotton membrane planter were introduced in this pa-per , the clearing dry soil in seeding strip , ditching , fertilization , sowing and mulching , pressing film , earthing can be finished in one time by this planter .The scraper bar was innovative design , by which , 0~5 cm topsoilcontaining high sa-linitycan be scrape offand pushed outside cotton seeding strip .The seeding rate of cotton in saline land was improved;time of sending out cotton seeding was more concentrated so that labor force was saving because height difference between seed bed and membrane bed was added and growth time of cotton seeding under film was extended .The field experiment shows thatoperation effectiveness can meet the design requirements .关键词
