摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the small sugarcane harvester transfer case`s unreasonable structure which led to executer underpow-er and low performance , the paper propose some structure improvement :jointing the hydraulic pump and the front cover together , changing the drive shaft with spline connection , adding reinforcement and shock absorption pad .A vibration test is carried out thereafter and the results shows that:rootmeansquare ( RMS) of vibration acceleration of the improved transfer case is reduced by 3 % to 30% of all measuring points , and the vibration acceleration peak value of 15% to 32%.This proves that the rigidity and work reliability of the transfer case is increased .
