摘要

Abstract

the hot air drying is red jujube dry processing one of the most widely used drying technology .In the study of red hot air drying technology , drying equipment in the process of optimization , the parameters such as drying at room temperature , humidity stability control remains to be optimized and ascend .In this paper , aiming at the main characteris-tics of hot air drying equipment , integrated processing characteristics of southern Xinjiang red jujube , using PLC control technology and HMI online control technology , we design a conditioning red jujube dryer , has carried on the multistage to dryer temperature control , temperature control system was optimized .Dry heating test ,tested by experimental prototype of the technical specifications of the prototype ,the results show that tempering drying machine preheating stage performance is good, the target temperature of 60℃, preheating time for 20 min, preheating effect is good.Dryer export wind temperature and wind in drying chamber sent about 10℃, the heat transfer performance is good in hot air channel;Stable output current , fan speed control performance is good . Conditioning heating test showed that red jujube dryer for 300 minutes more control mode , the electric heater of segmented heating control with the drying chamber temperature sta-bility in the target temperature , the optimal control effect were obtained .Research for the southern Xinjiang small and medium-sized red jujube fruit processing plants provide drying equipment design reference .
