小型甘蔗收获机分动箱性能优化及试验研究
The Performance Optimization and Experimental Research of the Small Sugarcane Harvester Transfer Case
摘要
Abstract
In the work of small sugarcane harvester transfer case , excessive vibration and failure of work caused by me-chanical deformation .to solve weak link of transfer case , the paper put forward the improvement scheme about transfer case structure ,and carry on vibration test analysis .Test results show:the peak value of vibration acceleration intensity de-creased from 15 .4%to 32 .2%, effective value decreased from 6 .5%to 30 .1%.The vibration frequency of the engine is effectively avoided by the improved box .transfer performance has been improved .And the result obtain the main source of the transfer case , provide the basis for the treatment of vibration transfer case .关键词
