摘要

Abstract

In order to develop a kind of intelligent laser leveling machine with stable operation and easy operation , the technical route of the combination of the virtual prototype and the physical prototype is adopted in the paper .First , the three-dimensional model is built using UG 10 .0 software .Second kinematic simulation and finite element analysis using Abaqus and Adamns software until the no problem is found to need to modify the virtual prototype and the three -dimen-sional model is correct , and then the entity prototype is trial-produced .At last , the prototype is tested in fields .The ex-perimental results show that the model achieves higher accuracy and the intelligent control is realized .
