Abstract
Since rheological properties and apparent viscosity of cow dung fermentation feedstock have an important effect on the cow dung transport , mixing , heat exchange and so the process in the pipeline of anaerobic fermentation process , Therefore it has important implications for the study of rheological properties and the apparent viscosity of cow dung fer -mentation feedstock .Using Rotational viscometer measured the apparent viscosity of cow dung fermentation feedstock un -der different solid content and temperature conditions , analysis the effect of cow dung fermentation materials TS and tem-perature to Rheological properties , and the relationship between TS , temperature , speed and their apparent viscosity .The results indicated that cow dung behaved like pseudo plastic fluid and followed the power law model .With the increasing temperature , apparent viscosity showed a downward trend at the same shear rate;with the increase in shear rate , appar-ent viscosity showed a decreasing trend at the temperature;apparent viscosity increases with the increase of its TS at the same shear rate and temperature .This study provides an important basis for the technological design and heat exchange in anaerobic fermentation of cow dung process .关键词
