摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Astragalus granule combined with famciclovir in the treatment of recurrent genital herpes. Methods Selected 72 patients were divided into two groups randomly,the treatment group(38 cases) and control group (34 cases). Two groups were both given famciclovir 125 mg,2 times/d,while the treatment group was treated with astragalus granule 4mg,3 times/d,a course of 3 months,follow-up once a month,a total of 12 months. Results Total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0. 05);Patients’ symptoms disappeared time,herpes scab time and wound healing time in treatment group were earlier compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05). The relapse rate of the treatment group was also significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion Astragalus gran-ule combined with famciclovir in the treatment of recurrent genital herpes was not only effective,but could also reduce the relapse rate.关键词
