Abstract
Objective:To study herbal medicine and drugs in combination with each other during the interaction occurs, increase scientific and rational clinical use of drugs to ensure safety of the treatment. Methods:In recent years the medical literature retrieval of relevant research tools to analyze and summarize, explore the interaction mechanism between Chinese and Western medicine, animal science, and carry out a comprehensive analysis of the compatibility of Chinese herbal medicine drugs, drug pharmacodynamics and drug, summarizes the interaction of Chinese and Western medicine. Results: In the course of herbal medicine and the use of drugs in combination, there may be a lot of different drugs incompatibility, its pharmacological synergy and antagonism problem is relatively prominent, easily lead to metabolic enzymes have been induced or inhibited, resulting in the clinical efficacy of the drug occurred changes affecting drug-induced adverse reactions, in serious cases may lead poisoning patients. Conclusion: The need to conduct clinical interaction mechanism for in-depth study of Chinese and Western medicine, as far as possible to avoid the occurrence of a variety of adverse drug reactions, to ensure a good drug efficacy.关键词
