摘要
Abstract
Ulcerative colitis(UC) is a chronic non-specific inflammatory intestinal mucosal disease with un-known reasons. The occurrence of UC is related to the yin fire theory proposed by Li Dongyuan. The funda-mental cause of this disease is qi deficiency of spleen and stomach ,original qi deficiency and vigous yin fire. The key mechanism is that fire hides in the blood ,combines with turibity and stasis to form toxicity , and moves into the intestinal tract. The treatment for UC should be tonifying spleen and stomach ,and purg-ing yin fire,with assistance of clearing heat and removing dampness,resolving stasis and romoving toxicity. This though will provide a new method for the treatment of UC.关键词
