缪刺与超声药导治疗骨折术后膝关节功能障碍38例
Observation on 38 Cases of Dysfunction of Knee Joint after Fractures Surgery Treated with Acupuncture and Ultrasonic Medicine Penetration

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinic curative effect of acupuncture and ultrasonic medicine penetration plus exercise therapy on knee joint dysfunction after femoral condyle fracture operation. Methods:After the femoral condyle fracture surgery,38 patients were treated with acupuncture and ultrasonic medicine penetra-tion plus exercise therapy,while 30 patients were only given exercise therapy. During the treatment,15 days were 1 course. The visual analogue scale(VAS) and knee function score were observed before the treatment and 4 courses after the treatment. Results:The VAS score of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.017). The VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P=0.011). On the effective rate of knee joint function improvement,it was 97.4% in the treatment group,the control group was 80.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.036). Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with ultrasonic medicine penetration plus exercises treatment could treat knee joint dysfunction after femoral condyle fracture surgery with better effect.关键词
