基于“腐邪阻络”刍议化腐再生法治疗糖尿病足
Discussion of Huafu Zaisheng method on diabetic foot based on“decay evil blockage of meridians”
摘要
Abstract
The pathogenesis of diabetes foot is root deficiency and branch excess, damp, phlegm, turbidity, blood stasis, cream, fat and others deposition on the meridian, meridian obstruction, and“damp, phlegm, blood stasis, turbidity, cream, fat”are called“decay evil”. Huafu Zaisheng method is therapeutic method based on etiology and pathogenesis of “decay evil blockage of meridians, disharmony between Ying and Wei, meridians blocking”. On the basis of syndrome differentiation result select drugs of having the function of resolving dampness, reducing phlegm, dispersing blood stasis, draining fat to “Huafu”, at the same time select drugs of having the function of tonifying Qi and Yin, promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction, promoting minute collaterals and superficial collaterals recanalization to play “regeneration”, so as to improve “decay evil blockage of meridians”state, improve the symptoms of patients with diabetic foot.关键词
