β-环糊精对丹酚酸B肠黏膜透过性的促进作用研究
Study on the effects of beta cyclodextrin on improving the permeability of salvianolic acid B passing through intestinal mucosa

Abstract
Objective]β-cyclodextrin was acted as enhancers to improve the permeability ability of salvianolic acid B passing through the intestinal mucosa. The study also discussed that the penetration enhancing effect of different concentrations of β-cyclodextrin on intestinal mucosal permeability of salvianolic acid B. [Methods] By Ussing chamber technology, duodenum, jejunum, ileum and colon of rats were selected for studying the permeability of salvianolic acid B solution and the addition ofβ-cyclodextrin in salvianolic acid B solution. [Results] The results showed that:β-cyclodextrin could improve the permeability of salvianolic acid B in duodenum, jejunum and ileum significantly. In 180 min, the resistance of intestine inβ-cyclodextrin group was reduced to 65%of the initial resistance value. The promoting effect of 0.13%mass concentration ofβ-cyclodextrin was better than that of 0.65% and 1.3% mass concentration ofβ-cyclodextrin. [Conclusion]β-cyclodextrin could improve the permeability of salvianolic acid B passing through the intestinal mucosa, which might be associated with the effect ofβ-cyclodextrin on opening of the intercellular tight junction proteins. When the concentration ofβ-cyclodextrin increased from 0.13% to 1.3%, the apparent permeability coefficient of salvianolic acid B decreased along with the increasing ofβ-cyclodextrin concentration. The mechanism would have to be further studied.关键词
