活血化痰通络法防治糖尿病周围神经病变的机制探讨

摘要
Abstract
Studies have found that inflammation, cell apoptosis, oxidative stress, IR, metabolic disorders, which work together, causing diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Research finding Tongluo Tangtai prescription with promoting blood circulation reducing phlegm removing obstruction in channels has the multi-function with dropping glucose, reducing fat, lessening inflammation, inhibiting cell apoptosis, retarding oxidation, improving insulin resistance and improving metabolic disorders. It is presumed that mechanism on Tongluo Tangtai prescription postponing the progress of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.关键词
