综合康复治疗结合子午流注低频治疗仪对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能的影响
Effects of comprehensive rehabilitation therapies combined with Ziwu Liuzhu low frequency therapeutic instrument on the limb function of stroke patients with hemiplegia

Abstract
Objective] To observe the effects of comprehensive rehabilitation therapies combined with Ziwu Liuzhu low frequency therapeutic apparatus of limb function in stroke patients with hemiplegia. [Methods] Selecting May 2012-May 2015 hospitalized 60 cases of stroke patients, the standard patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group (30 cases), and two groups were given comprehensive rehabilitation of the limbs (PT, OT, acupuncture treatment). The treatment group was combined with using Ziwu Liuzhu low frequency therapeutic apparatus, which according to the time to select the corresponding acupuncture points. All the patients were treated for 2 months. NIHSS, Fugl-Meyer, Ashworth and Berg were used to evaluate the therapeutic effects. [Results] NIHSS, Ashworth and Berg scores: after 1 month of treatments, there was no statistical significance between two groups (P>0.05). After 2 months of treatments, there were statistical differences between two groups (P<0.05). The Fugl-Meyer scores: there were no statistical significances between two groups after one month and two months treatments (P>0.05). [Conclusion] Comprehensive rehabilitation treatments combined with Ziwu Liuzhu low frequency therapeutic apparatus can effectively improve the degree of nerve function, the balance function and the muscular tension.关键词
