脑卒中合并重症肺炎患者不同体质类型与血清降钙素原水平的关系
Relationship between different physical types and serum levels of calcitonin in stroke patients with severe pneumonia

Abstract
Objective] To observe the main physique of stroke patients with severe pneumonia type, discuss the relationship of different types of physique and the serum procalcitonin (PCT) level. [Methods] The use of Wang’s physique classification method in 220 patients with cerebral stroke complicated with severe pneumonia physique types, analysis of main physical type of distribution, and relationship of different types of physique and PCT level. [Results] Cerebral stroke complicated with severe pneumonia patients physical type distribution concentrated in Qi deficiency, phlegm dampness, Yin deficiency, Yang deficiency of 4 types of physique. The PCT level of phlegm dampness physique and Yin deficiency physique group were significantly higher than that of Qi deficiency, Yang deficiency group. There was no significant difference in PCT level between two groups of phlegm dampness constitution and the yin deficiency constitution (P>0.05). There was no significant difference between Qi deficiency and Yang deficiency group (P>0.05). There were significant differences between phlegm dampness and Qi deficiency, Yang deficiency group (P<0.05). There were significant differences between yin deficiency and Qi deficiency, Yang deficiency group (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Qi deficiency constitution, phlegm dampness constitution, Yin deficiency and Yang Qi are the susceptible constitution of cerebral apoplexy complicated with severe pneumonia. The difference of PCT level between patients with different constitution types is different. The phlegm dampness constitution and Yin deficiency constitution are more serious, and the inflammatory reaction is more intense.关键词
