摘要

Abstract

Objective] This study aims to explore the antioxidant activites of Danhong, Shenmai and Shenfu injection. [Methods] Three methods, DPPH free radical scavenging, iron ion reduction method, total antioxidant capacity reagent box method, were used to determine the antioxidant capacity of three kinds of injection. [Results] Three injections were all of DPPH free radical scavenging, iron ion reduction and antioxidant capacity. [Conclusion] Three kinds of injection have antioxidant ability, the order is: Danhong injection >Shenmai injection > Shenfu injection.
